Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at skeatelier@gmail.com and include photographs of the item and packaging. If approved, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be arranged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Each artwork is carefully packaged with the utmost attention to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

International Orders (Outside the EU) Please note that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees in accordance with local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
